We encourage and develop our staff through on going training, this includes advanced childcare qualifications, curriculum planning, first aid, food hygiene, child protection and special educational needs.to help them settle into nursery.
Through observations, record keeping and assessments they can monitor each child's progress and keep you accurately informed.
We also work closely with a select number of childcare and training organisation and offer supervised placements for students who are working towards the NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education.
